The Center received a two year $500,000 grant from the Florida Department of Children and Families to help implement new federal legislation that affords rights and benefits to victims of sex trafficking, involuntary domestic servitude, and forced labor. As part of this work, the Center is interviewing victims of human trafficking throughout the state to determine how Florida law enforcement officers and social workers can best recognize and assist victims of trafficking.
