The Center developed a formal relationship with the United States Southern Command to assist with the U.S. Military’s hemisphere-wide humanitarian assistance program (human rights training, disaster preparedness, etc) utilizing resources in FSU’s Medical School, Meteorology Department, and Geography Department.
