Jenny Said , Summer 2026 Travel Placement

A law student at Florida State University, Jenny Said is pursuing a career in public interest law with a focus on human rights and immigration. This summer, she will serve as a fellow with Americans for Immigrant Justice in Miami, where she will gain hands-on experience interviewing clients, drafting legal pleadings, attending hearings, and conducting research on immigration, domestic violence, and human trafficking cases. With multilingual skills in English, Arabic, Italian, and Spanish, and a personal connection to immigrant communities, she brings both practical and lived perspective to her work. In the future, she hopes to either prosecute human traffickers or advocate for survivors of human trafficking and domestic violence.
