Isabella Paez

A sophomore at Florida State University double majoring in Human Rights and Social Justice and Advertising, Isabella is driven by a passion for advocacy, communication, and community impact. Originally from Miami, Florida, she was drawn to the Center for the Advancement of Human Rights for its hands-on opportunities to engage with human rights law and make a meaningful difference. She views human rights as fundamental to dignity, safety, and collective care, and hopes to use her future legal career to both advocate and organize within communities. Inspired by Malala Yousafzai’s global impact, Isabella plans to attend law school and pursue a career in human rights law. Outside of her work, she enjoys traveling, baking, running, and spending time at Cascades Park.
