Rafael Olivia

Rafael Oliva (he/him) is an undergraduate Senior studying Political Science with a minor in Political Philosophy. He is a Cuban American living in Florida, born in Miami and primarily raised in Tampa. Before Rafael's intern position at the Center, he was involved in creative spaces at FSU. Notably, he developed a one-off fashion magazine last fall semester with a couple of friends called Offbeat Magazine. In addition to Rafael's passion for history and politics, he loves all forms of visual art. Balancing his interest in human rights advocacy work and creative endeavors is a major focus in his life.
