Global Africas: Gender, Representation, and the Maghreb

The Winthrop-King Institute at FSU invites you to its second event of the fall 2021 semester

Global Africas: Gender, Representation, and the Maghreb

– November 11th and 12th –

This event will take place virtually and is free and open to the public

The Event explores the relationship between gender and representation in the Maghreb through the work of three women from different fields: Tunisian director Raja Amari, Moroccan rapper Khtek, and Moroccan artist Merieme Mesfioui.

 

This is event is co-sponsored by the FSU Center for the Advancement of Human Rights and the FSU Middle East Center.
